Wherever possible, patients are expected to attend surgery. This benefits both the doctor and the patient by enabling us to provide a more complete and efficient service.

In an emergency, or if in doubt, the practice nurse will advise on the necessity for a home visit. It is usually possible to get to the surgery with the help of a neighbour, friend or relative or even a taxi.
