Our Practice

Langley Health Centre has been established for over 50 years serving the communities of both Langley and Colnbrook. We are fortunate to be working closely with the allied health professionals such as district nurses, health visitors, podiatry and the school health service with whom we work in close co-operation and most of these are co-located within our Health Centre. We see our main responsibility as being able to work with local healthcare providers to the benefit of our patients' health and convenience. We intend to increase on-site facilities for patients as resources permit.

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.

Serving You

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.

The health centre has convenient access and parking facilities for the disabled. A member of staff will always be available able to help if assistance is required.

Langley Health Centre will always try to provide information and correspondence in formats patients will find easy to understand. If you have a communication problem of any kind please let us know and we will make sure we provide information in the way that you would like us to. If you need the practice to provide information in a different format such as large print or easy read please let us know and we will arrange this.
